So what the Lgakt is EMOTE, anyway?
Emoting is the sacred art of the RP whore, that elusive and semen-stained breed of player who enjoys a good wholesome character-driven roleplay now and again. It's the means by which you can tell the world about your enormous schlong and impressive history of sexual deviation.
Basic EMOTE techniques
The most fundamental aspects of the emote are founded in the ritual rotes of the predefined emotes - emotes so universal and so embedded in the collective unconscious of Aetolian culture that any character may use them. While a powerful tool, they do not fill the full range of expression in and of themselves - they supplement, rather than replace emotes - and in the RP whore's study of this art, he should look always to the predefined emotes for his inspiration. Look to the simple smile - and then think of how your character might smile. To the frown - and how your character might frown. Then to tears - because you are definitely going to need tears if your character dares to feel emotion. Fucking crybaby.
