Otherwise known as "bullshit".

Blood is the essence of life and unlife. Blood is that which nourishes and sustains both the living and undead alike. Hematurgy is the study of the mystical powers of blood. Through elaborate (and bloody) rituals, Hematurgists have found ways to harness these powers not only to strengthen themselves but to strike down their enemies.
