WISP SACRIFICE - You can sacrifice your wisp for an instant replenishing of blood. Moreover, you will have a maximum pool of blood that is 50% greater than normal. Unfortunately, you cannot resummon your wisp for five days.

However, you can regain blood by bathing in a watery location that has been bloodbathed. You can also FEED in corpus.

If you are a Luminary

And you're fighting a Bloodborn, force them to use this. Proceed to laugh at the Bloodborn's discomfort afterwards.

In Short

Don't do it unless you're in a FFA and desperately need to. Thanks to Kadvar, the Bloodborn can now sacrifice in the arena, and have their wisp once they step out of it. Outside the arena though, this skill just sets you up for rape
